DOCUMENTS NEEDED FROM THE EMPLOYER

  1. POWER OF ATTORNEY

We need power of Attorney as per printed specimen from the employer appointing us as their Recruitment Agent in Pakistan to carry out emigration formalities. Endorsement of this document should be attested by Ministry of Foreign Affairs/Chamber of Commerce Embassy of Pakistan of the concerned country.

  1. DEMAND LETTER

We also need demand letter for the recruitment required personal giving their job description number of personal to be recruited and Term & Conditions of employment as per specimen of printed Demand Letter Embassy of Pakistan Concerned country.

  1. LETTER TO CONSULATE

This letter should be addressed to the respective Consulate duly attested by the minister of foreign affairs of the concerned country.

  1. VISA SLIP

Visa Slip in original or photocopy.

  1. Photocopy of Company’s Commercial Registration

(CR/and Bank Challan copy Identity Card of the Employer for Saudi Arabia only).
